streaming PHP Deprecated messages to apache2/error.log

Bug Description

zoneminder_1.26.5-1ubuntu3 on 14.04:

apache2/error.log gets filled with messages like:

    [Thu May 15 07:04:37.037601 2014] [:error] [pid 25862] [client fd5c:f310:9ade:0:855d:54c:9c07:e383:52538] PHP Deprecated: mysql_pconnect(): The mysql extension is deprecated and will be removed in the future: use mysqli or PDO instead in /usr/share/zoneminder/includes/database.php on line 32, referer: https://central.pab/zm/index.php?view=log

This is fixed in the yet-to-be released 1.27.1. Please see my ppa at ppa:iconnor/zoneminder-master
