  * NMU
  * use use SYS_openat where available, to allow building on new arches
    like arm64 with a streamlined syscall interface. Thanks to Edmund
    Grimley Evans for the patch. Closes: #758521
  * Add simple debian build rules for build-arch and build-indep.
