Bug Description

While this error looks very similar to the one in bug #1512992, it happened as a result of the updates that were released today, i.e., it seems like the result of the *fix* for that bug.

Marking as Invalid because the release is EOL is not correct. Marking as Incomplete. Also, 18.04 is (at the time of writing) still in development, and you should expect some breakage.
