The link of the Packages points to https://zfs-fuse.net/ which nowadays seems to be a page spreading porn content.

Eh? The link given in the original report *is* contaminated with p0rn; this is NOT an "invalid" bug! (Of course, the problem is presumably with the site, rather than Ubuntu / Launchpad.)
