zfec dependencies are broken

zfec depends on pyutil, but pyutil is not packages.
This results in large parts of zfec being unusable.
I would expect either pyutil to be packages or zfec be removed from the repos.

Another option is for Ubuntu to package the "slim" version of zfec that doesn't depend on pyutil:
