Bug Description

the package blurb describes the presence of C, python, and cli methods.

The cli programs are not installed (as executable, in a usable path) by the package. They are buried.

$ dpkg -L python-zfec | grep cmdline | xargs sha1sum | sort
13950b0685977364c4f0c31cf231d79b01bfa59b /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/zfec/cmdline_zfec.py
13950b0685977364c4f0c31cf231d79b01bfa59b /usr/share/pyshared/zfec/cmdline_zfec.py
