Bug Description

[Impact]

zfcpdump-kernel is a special cut-down kernel for use with zfcpdump mode on s390x[1].
The noble/zfcdump-kernel is still based off Jammy Linux 5.15 kernel, so bump it to v6.8 using Noble's GA 6.8.0-31.31 linux-source.

[Fix]

Apply the attached debdiff or pick the source pkg from https://launchpad.net/~p-pisati/+archive/ubuntu/builder-1

[How to test]

I asked Frank / IBM to test the resulting package.

[Regression potential]

Moving from 5.15 to 6.8 is a pretty big jump, but it's a completely upstream Linux target (zfcpdump_defconfig) mantained by IBM, and we relay on IBM itself to tell us if the updated package is good for consumption.
