Bug Description

There is a test failure that only happens in the launchpad builder, but that fails the build.

From https://launchpadlibrarian.net/415162342/buildlog_ubuntu-disco-amd64.zeromq3_4.3.1-3_BUILDING.txt.gz:

FAIL: tests/test_filter_ipc

test_filter_ipc: tests/testutil.hpp:142: void bounce(void*, void*): Assertion `rc == 32' failed.
FAIL tests/test_filter_ipc (exit status: 134)

In a local LXD amd64 build, that test passes.

This bug was fixed in the package zeromq3 - 4.3.1-3ubuntu2

zeromq3 (4.3.1-3ubuntu2) disco; urgency=medium

  * d/libzmq5.symbols: revert previous symbols update, as that came from a
    draft API that was mistakenly enabled in a local build when a .git
    directory was detected.
