Update to Zeitgeist-0.8.2

Zeitgeist-0.8.2 was just released and we are shipping 0.8.1.1. This is purely a bugfix release, and it addresses a few niggles we have been having with users. In particular bug 807950 which is gathering a lot of heat.

Engine:

 - Storage Monitor: Add support for Network Manager 0.9.
 - The text field in subject templates is now allowed to end with an
   asterisk (*) character (which is treated as plain text).
 - Correctly handle current_uri in subject templates from old clients
   (instead of forcing it to the same value as the subject's uri).
 - Substantially increase the amount of events that can be deleted in
   a single DeleteEvents call.

Python API:

 - Correctly specify the D-Bus interface when using introspection.
 - Fix possible exception when the available method list hasn't been loaded.
 - The Event constructor now supports creating independent copies of events.

The fix for bug 807950 does not seem to be mentioned here, but it should be r1800+1801 in lp:zeitgeist.

A note on the NM 0.9 support. It's not really a "feature", but a bug fix, as seen from Ubuntu's pow. We ship NM 0.9 which has broken API, meaning that Zeitgeist's NM support is currently broken in Oneiric.
