zeitgeist-fts uses a lot of memory (more than 200MB)

I find that zeitgeist-fts process uses continuously a lot of memory between 10 and 20% of a 2GB laptop.

See the attached screenshot.

Is it a normal behavior ?

I'm up over 800 mb.

I can easily get over 1.0 gb after I click on the "Ubuntu Dash" (my personal record was 1.8 gb, and considering that I'm using just 2gb of RAM that's not a pleasant thing).
14.10 too.
