Demote zg-extensions

We use zg-extension-fts in unity. However, the latest zeitgeist (0.8.99) contains now the fts module in its core, so the fts extension is already provided.

Why a demotion to universe then and not removing the package?
- the package is still in debian
- the source package is name zeitgeist-extensions, and can potentially contains other extensions at some point.
