Bashism in zabbix-agent initscript

The /etc/init.d/zabbix-agent initscript is declared #!/bin/sh but uses the &> bashism on line 52. This should be changed to > /dev/null 2>&1, redeclared as #!/bin/bash, or replaced with an upstart script.
