Unable to convert thailand file to postscript format

I have successfully converted taiwan text files to postscript file.

Now same script not working for Thailand text file.

uniconv -out C:\HOME\MAK1.PRN -in C:\HOME\\PP.PRN -decode big-5 -encode utf-8
uniprint -out C:\HOME\MAK2.PS -in C:\HOME\MAK1.PRN -decode utf-8 -size
6 -L -hsize 0 -font "C:\Program Files\YUDIT\fonts\THSarabun.ttf"

THSarabun.ttf is thailand font.

Can you please help me what is exactly script for thailand and let me know what is wrong for above script
