  * New upstream version:
    - Many TOC structure changes
    - On demands page loads for TOC
    - Expand/collapse on double-click.
    - Fix to properly escape ampersand characters, fixes 343372
    - Add support for the yelp:cache extension element
    - fix big memory leak (use xmlFreeDoc, not xmlFree)
    - Fix 'unknown gecko' error output.
    - Remove Bonobo server file from CVS
    - Use xmlNewTextChild so ampersands aren't treated as entities
    - Don't crash on certian *Note types, fixes #344730
  * debian/patches/ubuntu-index.patch:
    - updated
