Help browser in Maverick opens all hyperlinks in (external) web browser

Bug Description

Can't use Help browser in Ubuntu 10.10 at all because after the Help brower opens all the links in the help document itself open in the system's default www-browser (Chrome) which just shows the xml raw and and complains about some missing style:
"This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."
