which language are you using? i can see the documentation here without any issues. that's more like a locale issue.

I have verified that this problem is present on both of my test systems and it also appears in the live RC CD.

I just reproducted this bug on a day-old fresh install of 10.04 final. Locale is en_US.utf8, as above. Steps to reproduce:

1) System -> Help and Support
2) Advanced Topics link in left sidebar
3) Terminal Commands References (man pages)
4) Screen appears as in above screenshot.

Changed in yelp (Ubuntu):
status: Incomplete → Confirmed

The heading "GNU Info Pages" section under "Advanced Topics" is also unreadable. The method to reproduce is pretty much the same as above for the man pages:
1) System -> Help and Support
2) Advanced Topics link in left sidebar
3) GNU Info Pages
4) The heading appears same as in above screenshot for the "Terminal Commands References" page.
