Bug Description

I have just newly install my first Ubuntu 9.10 on my laptop Acer Aspire 9410
I have complete install/update all package
My wireless network is working on Windows but refuses to work on Ubuntu

I have already tried to follow the troubleshooting instruction.

I did the recognition test and the Network shows as being ''DISABLE''

With this result troubleshooting only bring me back to step 5.2.1 so what next?

The router is a Linksys 2.4 GHz 802.11g, but it should work with Ubuntu because I was able to connect an other laptop with the same OS

Please help me !!!
What to do next

Examining the information you have given us, this does not appear to be a bug report so we are closing it and converting it to a question in the support tracker. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but it would make more sense to raise problems you are having in the support tracker at if you are uncertain if they are bugs.
