Bug Description

Binary package hint: yelp

takes about 10 seconds from clicking it's icon until the text show up. The window comes up very soon. After started once on a session it loads up faster (but not immediately).

My system isn't the newest, and it takes more than 30 seconds for yelp to show text for me. I was introducing a friend to Ubuntu and when he asked where to look for help, I hit F1. The hard drive churned ... ... ... then he laughed at me.
