Bug Description
Binary package hint: yelp
Most of the reports we received on yelp are due to:
1- users looking for help: they think that yelp is a way to ask for help on Ubuntu.
2- Documentation reports
That's why i've created an apport hook for it that asks 3 questions to the users:
1- Is the documentation incomplete? : in this case the bug is assigned to yelp then we can reassign those, to the right package.
2- The text is not rendered correctly?: Likely to be a bug on the render backend, in this case xulrunner, we assign the bug to there.
3- I need help performing a task: This option shows a message to the user with an url to the launchpad answers tracker.
I'm attaching the hook.

The hook works fine to me, just one suggest perhaps we need to rephrase the return message for request for help. Make it simple understand for users.
