Strange characters in numbered lists and navigation bars

Bug Description
Start Yelp and choose, for example, "Ubuntu Desktop Guide". You will get a numbered list with strange characters between the number and the item. The character is represented with the numbers "2002" in a square.
Also, if you go to any help page, at the bottom, in the navigation bar, there is also a strange character between the arrows and the title of the following section. Those are represented with "2003" in a rectangle.
I'm using Dapper Flight CD 4 (Live CD) and Yelp 2.13.5 in Gnome 2.13.91 (all as it comes in the live CD).
