Help Window crashes on clicking "learning how to program" link

Bug Description
Binary package hint: yelp
Ubuntu release: Ubuntu Hardy heron
version of yelp: 2.22.1-
when i go to Help and
click Advanced topics -> write your own programs -> Leaning how to program
I want it to go to the page where i can learn how to program
instead, the help window closes /crashes.
it happens every time i click on some other links as well.
