Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

Ubuntu Gutsy, all updates installed

1. Choose "System" > "Help and Support".
2. Open any subsection page, e.g. the "Importing photos" link on the front page.

What you see:
* "Music, video and photos"
* "Photos and cameras"
* "Music, video and photos"
...
* "About This Document"
* "Music, video and photos"

What you should see: If the parent section is mentioned at all, it should be mentioned only once, at the bottom of the page (where you're likely to be after realizing that the current page doesn't solve your problem).

Here is how the page looks for me. I really don't see what the problem is.

Duncan, it's mentioned 3 times, once at the very top in what I assume are breadcrumbs, once underneath and to the right of the main heading and then again in the navigation area to the right.

"music, videos, and photos" is mentioned nearly as many times as "camera"

Confirming this and changing package to yelp (it's the XSLT from Yelp which does all of the nav stuff AFAIK).

The issue here is that three similar navigation bars are being used - a nav bar on the right, and two breadcrumb bars at the top. At the very least, one of the top breadcrumb bars should be removed.

Do you speak about the right column? That's a sort of index and it doesn't seem to repeat the same topics

Yes, the right column is confusing in itself -- except for the topic you're already on, none of its items are to do with what you're looking at. But that's a separate problem. :-)

I see in latest Gutsy that the top navigation bar is gone, so this bug is fixed (though the remaining link probably could be in a better place, such as the bottom of the page).
