yelp does not display shortcuts for simple scan

To reproudce install yelp on lubuntu the go to Go in the menu and select all documents and select simple scan. A help page should show up and there is haeding for simple scan shortcuts but with no content as can be seen in my screenshot.

I expected all heading in yelp for ismple scan to have content instead there was an empty heading which does not make much sense.
