the footpage overlaps the table of content

On many help pages, the table of content is quite long and the footpage overlaps it (see attached screenshot)

To reproduce the screenshot:
 - open yelp
 - search gconf
 - click on the first link : "GNOME 2.14 Desktop System Administration Guide"

Confirming. This is likely to be an issue with the Ubuntu layout patch.

No, that's not due to the Ubuntu patch, when the bug has been opened the Ubuntu layout changes were not applied since the code needed to be updated

Is the footplate (or whatever it is called) supposed to be as low down as it is? It no longer appears on library.gnome.org as of today, see http://library.gnome.org/users/user-guide/stable/gosnautilus-515.html.en for instance.

This appears to be fixed now, but there is always a vertical scrollbar present.
