In lubuntu trusty after installing yelp to view gnumeric-doc I get white text on a white background which I cannot read without highlight with cursor

Steps to reproduce 1. install yelp and gnumeric doc to veiw the help for gnumeric. which is not included by defualt.

2. Launch gnumeric help browser from gnumeric with f1 key or selecting help.

3. Try to read white text on white background but still see some pictures out of context.

4. select text with mouse and see that it is there but hard and annoying to read.

Does not seem to work

I am using yelp 3.10.1-0ubuntu2 .
