1px gap next to some lists

From the upstream PR (https://github.com/ubuntu/yaru/pull/1368)

When a viewport is inside a scrolledwindow there is 1 px gap due to
separator's min-width visible only when the row is selected, since
otherwise viewport and separator have the same bg color.

To fix this, let separator's min-width be zero.

[ QA ]

See the attached screenshot. In the gnome-control-center users panel, make sure the 1px gap is gone.

[ Regression potential ]

As with any theme change, this could accidentally break unrelated applications (probably subtly given the nature of the change).

Accepted yaru-theme into disco-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/yaru-theme/19.04.3 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation on how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.
