Bug Description
I have had requests for people that wanted to use the Ubuntu customization for GNOME Shell on Debian.
While some of Ubuntu's changes are complicated to push to Debian, I don't see any reason why yaru-theme couldn't be pushed there.
While it could be maintained in the Debian GNOME team, the Debian Desktop Themes team might be a better location. (I started that team so I definitely won't object to this theme being moved there!)
