Bug Description

Binary package hint: xulrunner-1.9

When error page must be displayed in firefox-3.-b5 this message is shown:

---begin---
XML Parsing Error: error in processing external entity reference
Location: jar:file:///usr/lib/xulrunner-1.9b5/chrome/toolkit.jar!/content/global/netError.xhtml
Line Number 10, Column 3:

  %netErrorDTD;
--^

unquote
---end---

firefox version: 3.0~b5+nobinonly-0ubuntu3
xulrunner version: 1.9~b5+nobinonly-0ubuntu4~8.04.0mt1

I think the bug is similar to the #216969 but it's not solved for bulgarian.

It seems like it's happening regardless of language packs. At least, I get this bug for English and Esperanto just as well.
