dependance on cupsys-driver-gutenprint transitional package

The xubuntu-desktop package on intrepid still depends on the cupsys-driver-gutenprint package, though that is a transitional package for cups-driver-gutenprint.

Installed Jaunty 9.04 Alph3. Any attempts to remove cupsys-driver-gutenprint, description:

Transitional package
This dummy package is provided for a smooth transition from the previous
cupsys-driver-gutenprint package (the package is replaced by
cups-driver-gutenprint). It may safely be removed after installation.

are met with the warning that removing this package will remove xubuntu-desktop. As this is a dummy package, why should I have to remove the desktop?

Using an up to date Jaunty 20090304, I still can not remove this dummy package. xubuntu-desktop depends on cupsys-driver-gutenprint. Perhaps we can fix this before the final release?
