Package libspa-0.2-bluetooth missing from xubuntu-desktop

I performed an upgrade from kinetic to lunar with the `do-release-upgrade` tool, which resulted in broken bluetooth, specifically bluetooth audio.

Ubuntu Lunar has retired pulseaudio as far as I can tell, and pipewire is now the method to use.

To clean up I manually removed pulseaudio and installed pipewire-audio, then things started working better.

There are many people in forums and places suggesting people should force enabling pulseaudio again to fix their problems... this may end up being a problem to clean up.

I noticed that libspa-0.2-bluetooth isn't included in the xubuntu-desktop metapackage, despite being added to the seed. We're investigating.

I was able to get Bluetooth audio up and running with the following command.

    sudo apt install libspa-0.2-bluetooth pulseaudio-module-bluetooth-

(Note the required - at the end of pulseaudio-module-bluetooth. This will uninstall this package while installing the other).
