transmisson menu wording error in Xubuntu session

See the attachment. The first `open` opens torrent from local file, the second opens torrent from URL but they are both displayed as `open`. The problem exists in transmission-gtk 2.82 installed from official Ubuntu repo and 2.84 installed from transmission ppa. I thought it was something with transmission at first. But I don't have this problem when I log into awesome WM instead of Xubuntu session. In awesome sesstion, the second `open` is displayed as `open with URL...`.

Sorry I don't know the exact package that causes this bug.

I can confirm the issue in 15.04. I've not tested if a different DE or theme fixes this.
