It was decided during the 2013 Three Nights of Xubuntu to add apt-offline to the desktop seed. Once it is added (see https://code.launchpad.net/~skellat/ubuntu-seeds/xubuntu.saucy-aptoffline-addition/+merge/165516 for further action) it then needs to be added to the metapackage so we're including it in the dailies that are being built. |
