Duplication of the definite article "the" in the penultimate paragraph of the 'Welcome' section on the Index page

Bug Description

Presently, the penultimate paragraph of the 'Welcome' section on the Index page reads like this:

"The complete set of topics is listed below. If you require help with a topic or problem that is not addressed by the documentation, go to the the Help & Support page of the Xubuntu website. There you will find links to additional help resources."

Obviously the duplication of the definite article "the" is a typo.
