[UIFe] Xubuntu 24.04 Installer Slides

Bug Description

I'm requesting a UI Freeze Exception for Xubuntu 24.04's installer slideshow on behalf of the Xubuntu Team and Xubuntu Release Team.

We (all flavors) were significantly delayed for the completion of the new installer and slideshow availability and I am only now able to upload our en_US slides. I hope to coordinate additional translations before next week's release and will solicit additional updates in time for 24.04.1.

Without this upload, Xubuntu uses the main Ubuntu's slideshow, which is at times, irrelevant to Xubuntu's users.
