Show desktop shortcut doesnt work

Bug Description
Super + D was introduced with 19.10 to show the desktop and it doesnt work.
Tested with 19.10 and 20.04 with a keyboard and with onboard virtual keyboard.

Setting the old shortcut to a new action, still doesnt make the new shortcut work.
When pressing the new shortcut in thunar, or even in the window manager dialog, it acts like only 'D' is being pressed, as its searching for 'D'.

I think I figured out what's happening. xfwm4 is still adding the Ctrl + Alt + D shortcut for new users. Try this and let me know if it works.
1. Apply the attached diff to /etc/xdg/
2. Create a new user (Menu > Users and Groups)
3. Login as the new user
4. Test the Super + D shortcut
