[FFe] Add thunar custom action to directly print certain file types

The proposed branch adds a small feature to Thunar's context menu (which offers pluggable custom actions), which is sending files directly to the printer without opening the corresponding application for the respective mimetype.

The applications/mimetypes supported are:
 * everything that can be processed by LibreOffice
 * everything that can be processed by CUPS / lpr
 * xcf/Gimp
 * svg/Inkscape

The risk of adding this script is very low as it checks for the availability of the respective application.
