Black background at first login

Install from xenial daily.

Reboot.

Black background rather than default wallpaper shows.

Once a login/logout/login cycle has been completed, greeter background shows default wallpaper as expected.

I've identified the source of the issue as a change in the Plymouth themes directory. Fix committed at https://bazaar.launchpad.net/~xubuntu-dev/xubuntu-default-settings/trunk/revision/592
