Remove GIMP launcher

Fix Released

Bug Description

1) Xubuntu 12.10 i386 daily build 15 September 2012, 05:05
2) xfce4-panel 4.10.0
3) Icon should be designated and provide a function.
4) The icon in this position is the gimp icon in xubuntu 12.04. I assume the icon between the gmusicbrowser icon and catfish file search icon has not been brought to functionality at this point in time. I have attached a screenshot and screencast of what my experience with the icon is.
