Ubuntu Login Icon set seems to be used for our logout dialogue.
Ubuntu Mono icons installed too.

The logout icon displayed is actually from elementary-xfce 0.7.

That logout icon is fine, it's ours. Just not sure why those other icon themes would be installed.
