Displays "Xubuntu 12.04" on bootup rather than 12.10

Bug Description

When booting up the pre alpha3 iso, it shows a text-based "Xubuntu 12.04" and progress dots rather than 12.10.

Well the package version is the same one as the one in Precise so this is no surprise.

  * Drop pre-precise wallpapers, they are available in shimmer-wallpapers too.
  * Refresh elementary-xfce* icon themes, including fixes:
    - restart icon appears to have a line through it, lp: #980827
    - Simple Scan application menu missing icon, lp: #974549
  * Drop obsolete xubuntu-plymouth-theme transitional package.
