incorrect description of the arguments

Bug Description

A man page about xtitle writes that:

      -v, --verbose
                 Quiet mode. Doesn't report the settings performed.

Which is obviously misleading.

Also, the real --quiet argument (listed in the man's command summary as -q) is not really supported by the script.
What's even more misleading is that the script itself describes that argument when invoked with --help

Hence, there's severe difference in what xtitle can do and what it says it can ;-)
