SRU Justification:

Impact: When kernel 4.8 becomes available as HWE option in Xenial, DKMS build of xtables-addons will fail.

Fix: Adding compat code to fix build with newer kernels.

Testcase: DKMS build for 4.4 and 4.8 in Xenial.

Accepted xtables-addons into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xtables-addons/2.10-1ubuntu0.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
