modprobe xt_psd

FATAL: Error inserting xt_psd (/lib/modules/3.2.34-atom/extra/xt_psd.ko): Unknown symbol in module, or unknown parameter (see dmesg)

dmesg:
xt_psd: Unknown symbol xtnu_ipv6_find_hdr (err 0)

ubuntu server 12.04
kernel 3.2.34
xtables-addons-1.47.1
iptables 1.4.12.2

It works fine at least in Ubuntu 23.10/mantic:

$ sudo modprobe -v xt_psd
insmod /lib/modules/6.5.0-21-generic/updates/dkms/xt_psd.ko.zst

in dmesg I just have this:
[ 45.840158] xt_psd: loading out-of-tree module taints kernel.
[ 45.840165] xt_psd: module verification failed: signature and/or required key missing - tainting kernel
