Here is what is causing the error:
Installing new version of config file /etc/default/mono-apache-server ...
* Reloading web server config apache2
apache2: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.1.1 for ServerName

It looks like 'mono-apache-server' was hanging and required a ctrl-c command to kill it. I reassign to mono-apache-server |

@lukus: Why did you interrupt the upgrade process ? Was it hanging or did you want to abort or else ?
