Bug Description
Binary package hint: xserver-
When you try to resize *down* a video while using the Savage driver, it creates really bad artifacts in the video window making the picture unusable for viewing. The bug happens when Xv is used (which is the default transport), with any media player.
Plain X non-acceleration does not have the bug. Also, when resizing *up*, the bug does not happen either.
