Bug Description
Binary package hint: xserver-
Using the driver nv my graphic card nVidia FX 5200 can't handle widescreen monitor LG L226WTQ (1680x1050) connected by D-SUB cable. X shows up but the screen is wider then the physical display. When I open xvidtune, it's possible to make it narrower.

Please attach your xorg.conf and Xorg.0.log and the output from lscpi -vvnn and sudo ddcprobe. Also, please indicate which Ubuntu version (Feisty, Gutsy, ...) you're running. If you're using something other than Gutsy, please also test this against Gutsy -rc when it comes out next week.
