nouveau suspend GTX470

suspend succeeds on a GTX470 with 2 monitors but the resume hangs at a black screen.
I have to turn off the machine an boot again.
The suspend and resume works with nvidia binary drivers.
The suspend also works with debian wheezy 7.3 with nouveau driver

Cedric Br, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better. As per https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A99X_EVO_R20/HelpDesk_Download/ an update to your computer's buggy and outdated BIOS is available (2501). If you update to this following https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BIOSUpdate does it change anything?

If it doesn't, could you please both specify what happened, and provide the output of the following terminal command:
sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date
