[pineviewgm] Only black screen with mouse pointer on internal screen after unplugging external screen

Bug Description

When I connect an external screen, only the mouse pointer is visible on black background. A workaround is to press CTRL-ALT-F1 and then CTRL-ALT-F7.

When I then disconnect the cable, the internal laptop screen is stuck with non movable mouse pointer and locks completely.

Enabling "Copy to Texture" (ref bug #830949) does not solve this problem.

Now the external screen works, but after disconnecting it, I loose the internal screen (and once unmovable mouse pointer on black screen).
