Bug Description

Windows titles captions on the top panel in 11.10 Radiance is in black slightly recessed font, which causes unpleasant red (on the right side) and white (in the bottom) outlines. The more transparent is the panel, the stronger is the effect, yet it is visible on an opaque panel, as well. Reproducible on a desktop PC w/ nVidia 6200 video adapter (clean install) and on a laptop w/ Intel GMA 900 adapter (Sony Vaio VGN-FS850P/W, upgraded from 11.04).
Brightness/Contrast adjustments do not solve the problem, just slightly helps.
The theme is virtually unusable.
The problem is not reproducible in Ambiance.

I did not notice this on 11.10, but it is very noticeable in 12.04 using NVIDIA proprietary drivers.
