Binary package hint: xserver-
to reproduce - reboot, login and run update-manager. Also - other problems, update-manager crashes but apport cannot report error because system not up to date. that's the reason for trying to run update-manager.

I thought this type of bug was fixed, but developers asked to file new bug if it reoccurred. (this bug)
